TEAM COMPOSITION
* Must include at least one undergraduate medical student from an institute accredited by the National Medical Council of India.
* Teams can have up to 5 members, including the medical student.
* Non-medical students or professionals are also welcome.
* The UG medical student must register for JUBICON 2024 in order to obtain the Registration ID to validate their submission.
GUIDELINES OF SUBMISSION PROPOSAL
* Each team proposes their ideas in the form of a detailed PDF (File size limit: 1 GB).
* Submission must be made to the Link here
* First page: Title and registration ID (no names or institutions).
* Second page: Names of the participants, institutional affiliations, project overview, and table of contents.
* Body: Problem statement, solution, technology, market analysis, business model, development plan, impact.
* References: Cite sources on the last page(s).
* Your entire submission proposal must fit within 20 pages.
* Deadline: 6th October 2024.
* Selection for presentation will be notified by 9th October 2024.
SELECTION CRITERIA
* Four teams will be shortlisted on the basis of the PDFs submitted.
* The selected four teams will get a chance to present their ideas in front of a panel of experts virtually.
* The team with the best presentation gets a chance to present their idea at the grand stage of JUBICON 2024.
GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATION
* The online event will be held on 13th October 2024.
* 10 minutes for the presentation.
* 10 minutes for Q&A.
* Judging Criteria : Relevance, impact, utility, market solution, scalability, and presentation skills.
