General guidelines for participation in events

• The Conclave is open to all medical students/interns from 2018 batch onwards.

• All registered participants will be provided certificates.

• INVENTIO: For entry into a competition, participant needs to register separately but no extra fee required. Additional certificates will be issued for those participating in the competitions.

• KALEIDOSCOPE will be also be following similar guidelines.

• Participants registering for paper/poster/case presentations should send their abstracts on or before 20th September, 2024. In case the project is done by more than one person/group, participant certificates and presentation certificates will be provided into everyone in the group who has registered for JUBICON 2024. However only one from the group can present the paper.

• Participants for poster presentation should please note the poster size in which they should bring their poster.

• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept/reject the abstracts submitted.

• All registered participants need to be physically present at the venue on 19th and 20th of October 2024.

• Accommodation charges are not covered under the registration fee. However, our accommodation committee will help you get accommodation near the venue. Please follow the registration link for the details.

• Food for both the days are covered under the basic registration fee.
