ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES

• Accommodation will be provided as per demand and is not included
  in the delegate registration.
• Accommodation is available for both men and women
• As there are only a limited number of rooms, availability of the rooms
  will be on a first come first serve basis.
• Accommodation is provided from 6th to 8th of November for three
  days.
• Accommodation charges- Rs 750 per day per person
• Breakfast will be available on both days at an additional charge of ₹200 per person.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption and other forms of substance abuse
  are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will lead to severe action.
• JMMC & RI and the organisers of this event are not responsible for
  any loss of valuables, luggage, or any other belongings of the
  delegates.
