PRE-CONFERENCE Competitions

     An image will be your prompt. Let your thoughts unravel, emotions unfold, and metaphors bloom. Translate the visual into verse and bring the picture to life through a poem.

  The contest is open to all. Participation is not restricted to delegates of JUBICON.

     Guidelines:

• Write a poem inspired by the provided photograph.
• Interpretation is open-ended and creative responses are encouraged.
• Language: English
• Length: 15–20 lines or up to 200 words.
• Format: Submit as a PDF with a clear title.
• The poem must be original and unpublished (no AI alterations).
• Do not include your name, institution, or any personal details in the PDF.
• Each participant is limited to submission of one entry only
• Deadline: September 25th.                                                            
•  Late entries will not be considered.
