ACCOMODATION GUIDELINES

• Accomodation will be provided as per demand and is not included in the delegate registration.
• As there are only a limited number of rooms, availability of the rooms will be on a first come first serve basis.
• Accomodation is provided from 10th to 12th of October for three days.
• Accomodation charges- Rs 450/day per person(Non AC Rooms)
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol and other forms of substance abuse is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will lead to severe action.
• JMMCRI and the organizers of this event are not responsible for any loss of valuables, luggage, or any other belongings of the delegates.
