Complete your delegate registration in seven simple steps and build your JUBICON experience.
Workshops and plenary sessions are complimentary with registration. You can attend only one workshop per day.
Registration Process
Select your
Delegate Pass.
Click on the
Delegate Registration
link and select the
Basic Delegate Pass
from the registration page.

Choose your
workshops.
After adding your delegate pass to the cart, explore the available workshops and select the sessions you wish to attend.
You may attend only one workshop on each day. Workshops and plenary sessions are complimentary with delegate registration.
Open your
cart.
Once you have selected your delegate pass and workshops, click on the Cart icon at the top-right corner of the page to view your selected items.
Look at the top-right corner of the page and click the Cart icon to continue.
Are you a
Campus Ambassador ?
If you have a valid Coupon Code, enter it in the coupon section of your cart and apply the code before proceeding to checkout.
Don't have a Coupon code? No problem. You can proceed directly to checkout.
Checkout.
Complete payment.
Review your cart and proceed to Checkout. Fill in the required details and complete your registration payment via UPI.
After successful checkout, you will be redirected to the next page to complete your Delegate Registration Form.
Complete the
Delegate Form.
After completing checkout, you will be redirected to a page containing the Delegate Registration Google Form. Fill in all the required details and submit the form.
Your delegate registration will be considered complete only after you submit the Google Form.
Make sure you see the form submission confirmation before leaving the page.
Registration
complete.
Once your payment is completed and the Delegate Registration Form has been successfully submitted, your registration process is complete.
Important Guidelines
Accommodation
Accommodation charges are separate from the registration fee. If you require accommodation, please visit the accommodation page for details and booking instructions.

You may enter your Campus Ambassador Code or Jubilee Ambassador Code, if applicable.
Individual Events
Delegate registration is mandatory for individual events.
Team Events — Abstract Submission
For team events, at least one member from the team must be a registered delegate for abstract submission.
Team Events — Final Presentation
For the final presentation, all team members must be registered delegates.
Competition Participation
You may participate in only one of the following: Kaleidoscope (Quiz Competition) or Impasse (Debate Competition). And its registration will be through google form provided after the payment is done.
Keep your payment details and required documents ready before beginning your registration. Remember to complete the Delegate Form after checkout.
